Final Preparations (Meal & Dress Code)

 

Here's a sneak preview of the wedding food – canapes and the Wedding Breakfast. Please note that we are serving roast lamb for those meat-lovers among you so if you are a meat eater but prefer not to eat lamb, please get in touch ASAP. Our veggie main course will be a beetroot tart tatin which is to die for!

In terms of dress code (since some of you have already asked!), on the Friday evening the BBQ will be fairly relaxed so don't worry about formal wear. There will also be dancing so make sure you have your dancing shoes ready. The official dress code for the wedding itself is "Make An Effort" – but since Iain thinks this is too vague, you might like to wear formal wedding clothes. It's not a fancy dress wedding although we do encourage eccentricity in sartorial decision-making. Especially for homemade hats.
