Wedding party coach arriving at Stonefield

Welcome BBQ on the terrace (in the restaurant if raining!)

7pm – midnight

Various activities in the hotel: (1) Rock Band karaoke playing in Drawing Room; (2) dancing in Restaurant with DJ equipment & lights; (3) snooker in the Games Room; (4) sports races/activities outside if weather fine on front lawn; (5) bar open (open as long as guests want to stay up)

7.30-9.30am

Hotel Breakfast (N.B. if you’d like any additional food before the post-ceremony canapés, you can order snacks from the bar during the day)

From 10am

Film screenings in the Drawing Room (Whisky Galore and Gregory’s Girl!)

11am-12.30pm

Scavenger hunt in the grounds (TBC depending on weather!)

2pm

Ceremony starts (on the terrace outside if fine weather, in Drawing Room by terrace if inclement)

2.45pm – 4.30pm

Prosecco toast, group photos outside (weather depending), canapés; please wear your homemade-hats at this point so the judges can see them!

Results of homemade hat competition announced; hat parade for photographers

Couple cut the cake, take the first dance

8pm

Band set starts – Ceilidh dancing & live music until midnight

10pm

Tea & coffee to be served; sweets available

12 midnight

Band leave, dance floor remaining in place, we will DJ our own music for another hour or so, bar remains open until all guests have gone to bed!
